Check Transfers: checks Increase prints and mails, or that you print
yourself. stop-payment stops a check that has been mailed but not
deposited.
Functions
approve-check-transfer
fn (transfer-id: Str): Map
fn (transfer-id: Str, opts: Map): Map
POST /check_transfers/{id}/approve: approve a Check Transfer in pending_approval. Approving releases the transfer to be sent: agents must not approve on their own; leave it to a person (in the Increase dashboard, or through your own approval step that calls this).
cancel-check-transfer
fn (transfer-id: Str): Map
fn (transfer-id: Str, opts: Map): Map
POST /check_transfers/{id}/cancel: cancel a Check Transfer that is still pending_approval.
create-check-transfer
fn (params: Map, opts: Map): Map
POST /check_transfers: create a Check Transfer. Moves money: opts must carry an
idempotency-key (the call errs without one and sends nothing), and
the call is never retried. params needs account_id, amount, fulfillment_method, source_account_number_id.
fulfillment_method is "physical_check" (Increase prints and mails
it; give physical_check: {recipient_name, memo, mailing_address: {line1, city, state, postal_code}, payer: [...]}) or "third_party"
(you print it; third_party: {recipient_name}). Optional:
check_number, valid_until_date, balance_check.
Example
::increase::check-transfers/create-check-transfer({
account_id: "account_in71c4amph0vgo2qllky",
source_account_number_id: "account_number_v18nkfqm6afpsrvy82b2",
amount: 1750,
fulfillment_method: "physical_check",
physical_check: {
recipient_name: "Ian Crease",
memo: "Invoice 42",
mailing_address: {line1: "33 Liberty Street", city: "New York", state: "NY", postal_code: "10045"},
payer: [{contents: "National Phonograph Company"}]
},
require_approval: true
}, {idempotency-key: "invoice-42-check"})
Set require_approval: true (or the increase.transfers.require-approval
context variable) so a person approves the transfer before it is sent.

fn (transfer-id: Str): Map
fn (transfer-id: Str, opts: Map): Map

list-check-transfers

stop-payment
fn (transfer-id: Str, reason: Str?): Map
fn (transfer-id: Str, reason: Str?, opts: Map): Map
POST /check_transfers/{id}/stop_payment: stop payment on a mailed check that hasn't been deposited. reason is "mail_delivery_failed", "not_authorized", "valid_until_date_passed" or "unknown" (null leaves it unset).
